SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for placing your order online with House of Bridal, we are so thrilled that you have chosen to buy from us and excited for you to receive your item! Most of our items are made to order by our trusted partners and as such, each products production time may be different. Please refer to the products specific page to read the production timeframe and then factor in shipping times to understand your delivery timeline.

If you would like a more specific turn around time regarding your online order status please contact us here with your order number and we will be able to provide an estimate for you.

UK Shipping Only

We are currently only shipping to the UK. If you are shopping with House of Bridal outside of the UK please contact us here and we will try to assist you.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail. If you chose Standard Shipping, your item is estimated to arrive between 3-5 days after production.
If you chose next day delivery then your order will be sent to arrive the next day after production is complete. Your order will also require a signature on delivery.

Once dispatched you will receive a tracking code via email. For shipping updates please enter your tracking details on the Royal Mail website here.
We offer three rates of shipping depending on the size of your order.

• Standard delivery (3-5working days) £5.99
• 24 Hour delivery £5.99
• Special Delivery by 1pm £9.99

There is a bulk option also for heavier or bulkier items. This will automatically be added if your ordered item falls within the threshold.

House of Bridal cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery whilst items are in the care of the postal service or other third parties.
